Our Arch
First, we curate a community of leading surgeons, specialists, entrepreneurs, independent thinkers, and process experts.

Then, we collaborate to create the worlds best patient experience for full-arch implants.

Our fellow professionals are losing of clinical autonomy, reputation, and trust as profits are prioritized over patients. We prefer a small team with diverse strengths focused on bringing confidence and purpose to our patients.

We don’t “do deals.”  Our business model isn't constrained by a 3-year investment treadmill.  We’re not trying to "realize gains" to raise our next fund.  Our capital is our own and our time horizon is decades.  Our aim is excellence and legacy.

Our team mirrors the specialists with whom we partner.  Many come from humble backgrounds.  Most have either founded or acquired and built their practices or companies.  Each shares the entrepreneurial mindset.

Our contribution to a patient experience comes from several of us working together.  We are mindful of the (often painful) lessons we’ve learned.  We value teamwork over taking credit.  Truth over persuasion.  People over problems.
